I've used craftvator quite regularly and im very happy with all my oils wax and dyes

Very quick delivery, and was kept up to date on my delivery statues.
Wax was perfect, liquid dyes are strong and vibrant and the smell of my fragrance oils are strong and simply the best.

Unfortunately, the supplied product came nowhere near expectations due to having to pay postage in both directions the whole experience was a complete waste of time and money making me decide to never deal with this company again

So happy with my products 1st time ive ordered with them and with a couple of days my goods came ...would I older again ...Hell yea

One of the oils received toasted marshmallow did not smell like it smelt like perfume also bottles were leaking when they had got here other than that product is good

Delivery took much longer than expected, however product is great to work with. Would definitely use again as long as I order well in advance of when needed.

I have been using crafts store for a while and I am happy with their products , I have had one small issue with one order but it was dealt with quickly , my only gripe when ordering the 10 ml tester fragrance oil bottles I struggle to get the lids off not every bottle but some it’s impossible to get them off I have to pierce the bottle

Bottles leaked, could have done with bubble wrap in the box so they weren’t all lose.

Fast delivery, on the whole packaging was ok,but could be improved, I did have 2 bottles of FO leak, and probably lost around 10ml from each of them. I think the caps need looking at ,or maybe some tape around the neck to avoid this from happening.
Your oils are amazing, so wouldn't buy from other companies. But please look into it!
10/20 ml isn't much,but from a 50ml bottle it's annoying when you don't get the amount paid for. Thankyou.

Great products and really pleased with what I've been sent.
Only small thing is one of the oils I paid for wasn't included in the box. But it wouldn't put me off buying again, just human error.

Usually very happy with Craftovator services however this time an oil is ordered had gone out of stock in between me placing an order and them packing it. So instead of informing me about it I received notification from PayPal of a partial refund that I knew nothing about.
Contacted customer services about the issue but my parcel arrived before they responded so I was actually only notified upon realising what was missing from my order rather than from the company themselves.
